I know, you thought I was done painting things gold.
I guess you figured since I already turned pumpkins and skeletons gold and even wrote on my mirror with a gold paint pen that I would be done, but I am not.
I am not sure why I am so drawn to gold this year.
Not that acorns and pine cones aren’t already perfect just as they were intended, but sometimes we all need a zhush.
Even acorns and pine cones.
So I added some gold leaf paint to my acorns.
These were off a no longer used garland, but the real thing could easily be used as well.
And I painted gold leaf paint to the inside and outside edges of the pine cone.
So not that I am trying to mess with Mother Nature or anything, but I happen to think this gold leaf pine cone is stunning.
I am hoping you are not hoping that I am done putting gold on all things fall.
Stay tuned…
I will be sharing at…
As always, thank so much for reading!
