Summer is officially here. We have used our porch and our pool more already this year than I think all of last summer. Dinners are casual and often eaten on the porch. And did I mention easy? We are all about keeping it simple – but delicious.
This is our new favorite. And if you are like me and really like appetizers, this is even better. Today, I am sharing our favorite new Friday night dinner.
Literally, this is a tray of cheese (goat, brie, parmesan, mozeralla and cheddar), meat (prosciutto, salami, grilled chicken), fruit (pears, apricots, peaches, plums, raspberries), peppadew peppers (because they rock my world), maple mustard and maple syrup. That is how we did it. The first time. Now we have a list of everyone’s favorite choices for next week.
Place everything on a large tray or a mixture of small trays, bring out some small plates and enjoy. I also made a Prosecco sangria to go along with this.
You may notice that our porch is looking a bit different. For more peeks of our porch, how I made the sangria and more details on our meet and cheese tray in the video below.

Thanks so much for reading and watching! This is my last video with Wayfair. I hope you have enjoyed them!
Stop back next week where I will share more details on our newly decorated screened porch.
Love this Laura! One of my favorite videos too. 🙂

Now this is one of my favorite meals.

Yum! All of my favorites! Especially the prosecco sangria! 🙂
Can you tell me if you made the maple mustard yourself? If not is there one that you would recommend? Making this tray and drink this weekend. Cannot wait.
It really is the easiest… but when I see this I can truly say that’s the tastiest too 🙂
Your Summer dinner looks yummy!!! I think appetizers make great dinners during the Summer. My kids love to have appetizers for dinner. My kids refer to it as party food. It’s easy to make it healthy, and they really think it’s party food.
